These terms govern your purchase and use of digital publications sold on runbookpress.xyz by Runbook Press (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
We sell digital publications: downloadable ebooks in PDF format, in some cases bundled with templates such as spreadsheets, documents, Notion workspaces, scripts or automation files. Everything included in a given title is listed on that title's product page. We sell no physical goods and no subscriptions.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time charges. Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive, handle or store your card or bank details. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees over which we have no control.
Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once PayPal confirms your payment, a download link is displayed and also sent to the email address registered on your PayPal account. Links remain valid for 30 days. If your link fails or never arrives, contact support@runbookpress.xyz and we will resend it at no charge.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal or business purposes. You may print a copy for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload to file-sharing services, or use the contents to create a competing product. Team and company licences are available on request.
All text, templates, code and design remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Our publications are educational. They describe methods, frameworks and examples. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment or medical advice, and we make no promise of income, revenue, rankings, traffic or any other business outcome. Results depend on your market, your effort and factors outside our control.
Some titles reference third-party services such as Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, store platforms or search engines. Subscriptions and accounts for those services are not included and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those services make to their features, pricing or availability.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use this site or its content unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, with the date shown above.
